From the Founder
Founded by Missy Ann Orr, an insurance professional with more than a decade of residential and commercial property claims experience, The Marcelle House was created after reviewing thousands of claims and recognizing a common problem: most homeowners were never taught how the claims process actually works.
That realization inspired The Adjuster’s Playbook and continues to shape everything we publish.
